Using LED lights and drivers outdoors during a Canadian winter requires the products to be certified for our wet weather and winter climate. The outdoor products listed in this category are designed for wet, cold, outdoor use. If you have purchased an LED that will not turn on in the cold it is probably not rated for the temperatures we have. We recommend several of our solar-powered lights for an easy install without any wiring, and as long as they get sunlight to charge every few days, you will not have issues with them not turning on.
