Return Policy

We stand behind our products.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products for a 100% refund, less any shipping costs. Your purchase is eligible for exchange within 30 days of invoice date.

Important: Please call 780-800-0059 or email customer service for a return authorization prior to shipping any product back to us. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in their original packaging.

Please use care when repackaging your return item and be sure to include all of the supporting papers. Products returned within 30 days of purchase in original unmarked packaging, along with all supplied documentation will be credited with no restocking charge.

Products returned with damages will likely not be credited.

We reserve the right to refuse questionable returns and/or to impose up to a 25% restock charge if original packaging is damaged or marked.

These items will have to be resold at a discount.
