Our Lotus 4 inch Regressed Square LED Pot Light offers the same beautiful and contemporary style, but cuts down on the direct lighting you see with flush-to-the-ceiling LED panels. When we tuck the LED panel surface into the housing, it reduces the beam angle from 110 to 92 degrees. Have the light inside of a trim instead of flush to the ceiling surface. This 14.5W model offers a brighter light than our flush mount 4-inch models. It is a great option for those higher ceilings and outside soffits. As with most of our Lotus products this 4-inch square regressed LED Pot Lights installs without a standard “Pot Light Can”. You can place this light almost anywhere since it only requires 2 inches of above-ceiling clearance. Traditional recessed lighting uses a “pot light can” that installs in the ceiling to hold the bulb and the trim ring. If you are planning a renovation, building a new house or adding additional light to your home, positioning your recessed lighting exactly where you want it has always been a problem. We offered a solution with our original flat panel and we just keep building you more options. Both the light and built-in driver are IC rated which means they are approved for direct contact with insulation. The junction box comes with the panel light and comes with quick connectors so the line voltage splice can be created. Colour temperature choices are 3000K Warm White or 4000K Natural White in the standard White trim. Black trims, and 2700K options also available for special order.
