300/m 24V LED Flex

Experience the power of this extraordinary 300/m 24V LED Flex Strip. Many of our customers have requested a flex strip that appears more continuous and linear as if it were a solid light. These 2216 LED chips are smaller and closer together than the standard 3528 (3.5 x 2.8mm) LED chip. The light output of this high output flex is up to 2200 lumens per metre. When installed in an aluminum profile with a frosted lens, the light spread is uniform, eliminating the dots that reflect on the countertops. 2216 flex is the most popular option for our custom under cabinet lighting.

With this high output flex, mounting to a metal surface is recommended. The metal acts as a heat sink to extend the life of the flex strip. We carry a wide range of aluminum profiles for use with this flex. Soldering of additional leads is required with these strips until quick connectors become available.

The tape can be cut every 3 LEDs along the visible cut line to meet your installation requirements. They are inexpensive to operate, environmentally safe, contain no mercury and produce zero UV. This product is for indoor use only. Due to the high lumen output of this flex, we recommend using an adequately sized, dimmable LED driver. The 24V flex is 5.45W per foot.
