Install the 12W EEL 6-inch Directional UltraThin Gimbal without the need for a standard “Pot Light Can.” Traditional recessed lighting uses a “pot light can” that mounts in the ceiling to hold the bulb and the trim ring.

If you are planning a renovation, building a new house or adding additional light to your home, positioning your recessed lighting exactly where you want it is a common issue.

Worry less when working around the heating ducts, plumbing, gas pipes, and vents since all you need is 2 inches of clearance to install this style of panel light. If you are working with limited ceiling space, this is the perfect option for you. The connection box comes with the panel light and holds the dimmable driver in an isolated compartment so the line voltage splice can be in the same box.

Please note that these are not IC-rated so they cannot be up against insulation and require a vapour hat when installed. This EEL gimbal offers a 5 Year Warranty and rated for 50,000 hours
