Uplifting story out of Utah where neighbours help out Tony Brewster who has cerebral palsy and uses a wheelchair to get around. Tony goes around the neighbourhood every morning with his dog and is a staple within his community. After his speakers broke in his wheelchair his neighbours gathered behind him and help trick out his wheelchair with a new paint job, speakers and led lights.
